Snow in Wales! A proper Welsh winter lured a number of members with their crampons and axes to make the most of the conditions. From knee deep snow in Y Garn, having crossed the snowy 'beach' of Cym Idwal and watching skiiers ski down the hillsides, to summiting Cnicht and looking over tops which can only be described as a Welsh Alps landscape. Two of us made it to the Roaches for some sunny December day bouldering. It seems there is one good thing about Ramshaw Rocks...when you move to the Roaches, they seem almost amenable by comparison.

A group of us started at North Quarry and heading up the Worcestershire Beacon. It was rather windy at the top, but that didn't deter us or the dogs (Fergal and Loki). A lovely pre-Christmas get together.

Great day at Bredon Hill catching up with friends and meetings new members. Started at 10.30am, had a few pitstops and finished up at the Queen Elizabeth Inn at Elmley Castle around 3pm - oh and did 21,000 steps. Huge thanks to Sarah for organising.
