North Wales gave us some fantastic winter conditions for this meet. Lots of snow up top and rather chilly in the gusts.
Friday saw some of the earlier arrivals exploring Cnicht. I had a little swim in Llyn Dinas (whist Rob supported on the side looking thoroughly miserable in the horizontal sleet that arrived). We ended the day with fish and chips.
Saturday saw us having an epic adventure with a long circular walk / scramble up Moel Siabod. Lots of snow covered bogs, unfortunately not all forzen as Matt discovered when stuck up to his waist in one. Fun was had playing in the snow whilst working out how to get through the deeper sections. We were guided back via the first full moon of the year and the imposing sight of Dolwyddelan Castle.
